Logan's business and model headshots were a complete success!
I met Diane during a marketing internship at Global Teen Challenge in Downtown, Columbus. I was assisting with branding and marketing their new Global Internship program and Diane was my main contact. During my first visit, it felt like home. It was my first time meeting the staff at GTC and I was nervous because I wanted to provide a certain level of quality. My goal was to impress and genuinely add value to their new program. Check them out here!
Diane informed me that she was traveling to Australia to speak at a Woman's conference and needed an updated headshot. She killed her session and we had a BLAST. Check it out:
When I began my journey as a photographer, I used to think I needed to take hundreds of images to get results. While I was on vacation and visiting some family in Huntsville, Alabama, my cousin asked me to take some headshots for a pageant competition. I had NO TIME because I was getting packed to leave the next day and I had plans! I'm never the type of person to simply take some snapshots and send you on your way with mediocre images. I thought to myself, what's the best way I could get results, QUICK. I had NO time to find a location, she was just getting off the bus from school, and the weather was SUPER cold and dreary. These are the steps I took:
We were done and I was on my way within 10 minutes. I absolutely love the results!
Oh. my. goodness. With absolutely no doubt, this is in my top sessions for 2015. Anna and Keith are the most genuine and in love couples ever. I'm so lucky to have met Anna in college about 2 years ago. When she contacted me about shooting her wedding, we briefly brainstormed some ideas about her engagement session. Before Anna contacted me, I was itching to shoot a lifestyle session like this with a couple. Coffee shops can be one of the most romantic places to be. I was lucky when Anna called me a few days before her consultation and said, "I want to leave everything up to you." She didn't know that when I hung up the phone I kinda hopped around the room with excitement. I was finally going to shoot a coffee shop session. & it wasn't going to be with just ANY couple. It's Anna and Keith. After shooting a bit inside and outside, we took a short walk to the riverwalk island and the light was more than gorgeous.
I am so lucky to shoot their wedding ♥
I want to give a HUGE shout out to Iron Bank Coffee Company for letting me use their coffee shop and Brian for making those works of latte art!
Kristen has been a great friend of mine since I met her in the Spring semester of 2015 at Columbus State University. We met on a study abroad trip in Mexico and became closer as we braved massive mountains, pyramids, and swam through the jungle. She asked me to shoot her college graduation photos and I was honored.
